FLOORING INSTALLATION
New flooring set out and fitted room by room, with attention to edges, doorways, and transitions between spaces.
LAMINATE FLOORING
Laminate installed on a prepared base, cut and fitted around doorways, walls and fixed elements.
HERRINGBONE FLOORING
Herringbone laid to a proper set-out, so the pattern runs true across the room and into the doorways.
PVC FLOORING
PVC flooring fitted on a flat, clean subfloor — the preparation is what makes the finished result look right.
FLOOR PREPARATION & LEVELLING
The subfloor is checked, cleaned, prepared, and levelled where needed before the new floor is installed.
REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING FLOOR
Where it applies, the old floor is removed and cleared as part of the same project.
FINISHING & DETAIL WORK
Skirtings, thresholds, transition profiles, and final adjustments complete the installation cleanly.

Prepare
Confirm the scope and prepare the room.
We confirm what is included, agree the scope of work, and prepare the room. Furniture and the areas that stay are protected before anything starts.

Remove
Remove the existing floor where needed.
Where an old floor has to go, we take it out and clear the debris, leaving a clean base ready for the next stage.

Level
Prepare and level the subfloor.
The subfloor is checked, cleaned and levelled where needed. A flat, sound base is what keeps a new floor quiet, even and long-lasting.

Install
Lay the new floor.
We lay the new floor to the agreed plan — laminate, PVC, or a herringbone pattern — set out properly so lines, joints and transitions run the way they should.

Finish
Skirtings, profiles and final details.
We fit the finishing work — skirtings, thresholds and transition profiles — check the whole floor, and leave the room clean and ready to use.
