The six stages
Tell us what you need
Choose your renovation — kitchen, bathroom or flooring — and answer a few questions about your home and what you want done. You can add photos and pick the dates that suit you. This takes a few minutes online, with no obligation.
We review the project
We go through your answers, confirm the details with you, and make sure we understand the scope of work before anything is priced or planned.
You receive a quotation
You get a written quotation with the scope of work, the lines that make up the price, VAT and the terms & conditions that apply. It reaches you through your own secure link, so you can read it whenever you want.
You approve and the work is booked
If the quotation is right, you accept it online. Your acceptance is recorded with the exact version of the document and terms you agreed to. Where a deposit applies, you pay it securely through the link we send, and the dates are confirmed.
We carry out the renovation
Our team prepares the site, does the work, and keeps you informed as the project moves through its stages. If something unexpected comes up, we tell you and agree how to handle it — the agreed price stands unless you approve a change in writing.
Completion and handover
We finish the final details, walk through the result with you, and hand the space back clean and ready to use. Your invoice and documents stay available through your link.
